Because each piece is handmade with care, all sales are final and returns are not generally accepted.

Each item is individually crafted, so slight variations in color, texture, shape, engraving, or other small imperfections may occur. These natural variations are not considered defects—they are part of what makes each piece unique and one of a kind. By purchasing a handmade item, you are embracing the character and individuality that comes with something made by hand.

Damaged or Exceptional Circumstances

If your order arrives broken, damaged, or significantly different from what was purchased, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. We may request photos of the item and packaging to help us determine the best resolution.

In rare and extreme circumstances, a return, replacement, or refund may be considered at our discretion.

Please note that damage caused by normal wear, improper care, accidents, or failure to follow the provided care instructions does not qualify for a return or refund.
