Handmade Products

All of our jewelry is handmade and individually crafted. Because of this, no two pieces will be exactly alike. Variations in color, texture, grain, shape, finish, engraving, and other small details may occur.

These variations are a natural part of handmade craftsmanship and are not considered defects. Small imperfections or differences from product photos are part of what makes each piece unique and one of a kind.

We do our best to photograph and describe our products accurately, but colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device.

Orders

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase, including the item, size, color, personalization, shipping address, and any other selected options.

Once an order has been placed, we may not be able to make changes or cancel the order because many pieces are made specifically for each customer.

If you notice an error in your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist you.

Personalized & Engraved Items

Personalized and engraved items are made specifically according to the information provided by the customer.

Please carefully review spelling, names, dates, and other personalization details before submitting your order. We are not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

Returns & Refunds

Because our products are handmade, all sales are final and returns are generally not accepted.

Returns, replacements, or refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances, such as an item arriving broken, damaged, or significantly different from what was ordered.

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us promptly after delivery and provide photos and any relevant information so we can determine the appropriate resolution.

Damage resulting from normal wear, accidents, improper handling, or failure to follow care instructions does not qualify for a refund or replacement.

Jewelry Care

Proper care is important for maintaining the appearance and longevity of handmade jewelry. Customers are responsible for following the care instructions provided with their purchase.

Exposure to water, chemicals, perfumes, lotions, extreme heat, impact, or improper storage may damage certain materials or finishes.

Shipping

We carefully package orders to help prevent damage during transit. Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays, loss, theft, or damage caused by the shipping carrier, although we will do our best to assist with any shipping issues.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Because our items are handmade, inventory may be limited. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update products, designs, materials, colors, and pricing at any time.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for damage resulting from misuse, improper care, accidents, modifications, or normal wear and tear.

Jewelry should be worn and handled appropriately based on the materials used in each piece.
